  10. This VST PlugIn adds a FM radio type of noise. Effect can possibly be used
  11. for lessening digital sound's artifacts and making it more pleasant to
  12. hearing.

  16.     Dry setting specifies original signal's volume on output.
  17.  
  18.     FX setting controls amount of FX on output.
  19.  
  20.     LPF Cut adjusts corner frequency of FX's low-pass filter.

  22.     HPF Cut adjusts corner frequency of FX's high-pass filter.

  26.     Plug-in can work in "mono -> stereo" and "stereo -> stereo" modes.
